Raquel de la Torre has won the first Entrepreneurship Award for her work leading “Togashi Damasquinos,” a brand that updates the tradition of damascening with a focus on sustainability and a commitment to recycling.
The award-winning proposal was the “Dilataciones” collection, a piece of contemporary jewelry that traces its origins to the Inca Empire.
De la Torre is based in the Historic Center of Toledo, where she carries out her work, believing in artisanal production that respects the environment, using quality materials and telling a story in each unique piece.
